Plan Details
  • A graceful colonnade adds a subtle touch of class to this split-level contemporary home plan.
  • If you count the basement, this home actually has four levels. Kitchen, living room, dining room, guest room and garage are at ground level. A bathroom and utility room are at mid-level, located on the landing between the first and second floor. Rooms on the upper level include a loft, which overlooks the living room/dining rooms, and a luxurious master suite.
  • Many of the rooms are richly windowed, creating a home that is both bright and visually interesting. Skylights brighten the mid-level bathroom, the master bath, the stairway, and the guest bath.
  • Windows take up one wall in the dining room, creating an elegant formal dining area, and one living room wall features a set of tall, multipaned windows topped with a half-round. The vaulted ceiling in both of the rooms further contributes to the impression of airy spaciousness.
  • The guest room, located on the ground floor, would be ideal for housing an elderly parent or independent teen. It has a private entrance from the patio, and a compartmentalized private bathroom.
  • Both the loft and the master suite have walk-in closets. The loft could be outfitted as a den, hobby room, or bedroom, as needed.
What's Included

What is Included in Our Plans?

All of our plans are designed by licensed architects and residential building designers. Each plan is designed to meet nationally recognized building codes for the year they were created.

No two plans are the same. We strongly encourage you to contact us for the contents of any plan you may be interested in purchasing!

  •           Energy calculations

Building Code

Because of the wide range of requirements throughout states and municipalities, it is possible that the plans may not have all of the information required by your building department. If this is the case, we recommend hiring a local design professional or engineer who can assist bringing the plans up to your local building code.

Engineering

Some states require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this is the case where you will be building, a local professional will be able to assist you.

Important Extras: Sold separately

Readable reverse Plans

The layout is reversed and all the writing is corrected so you can read the writing. With this option, all of your sets will appear the way you want to build the home. This option is available for an additional charge.

Mirror Reverse Plans

The lettering and dimensions will read backwards, so you will need to order at least one set non-reversed as a reference copy.

Itemized List of Materials (when available)

Includes the quantity, type and size of materials needed to build your home.
